Johnny & Trieva Katsandres

Johnny Katsandres has lived and worked in the Seattle area for over 4 decades. He was raised in Ballard, graduating from Ballard High in 1978. After high school, he attended and graduated from a commercial dive school, and became a commercial diver. After realizing all the dangers and risks of commercial diving, he accepted a position at Boeing and spent the 25 years involved with flight controls and avionics. While at Boeing, he implemented many systems used currently. Johnny became a highly trusted manager with 40 direct reports. His department handled complex projects requiring complete confidentiality. This experience gives Johnny the proven ability to juggle the numerous aspects involved with closing a successful real estate transaction.

As an entrepreneur, Johnny has launched three businesses in challenging and competitive industries. These experiences give Johnny the ability to handle high stress and make transactions move forward. His first business provided repair and maintenance for boats. Johnny's second business was a paint contracting company. These two businesses required attention to detail and excellent client follow up. Working with and as a contractor gives Johnny the fortitude and perseverance required to keep all the balls in the air while the real estate transaction is in escrow. Chase Realty Investing, LLC, his third business, combines his diverse skills to create successful transactions with great profits. He now has a team of contractors to do the rehab work on the properties acquired by Chase Realty Investing, LLC.

Trieva Katsandres was born in Santa Monica California, attending public schools in Pacific Palisades. After graduating high school, Trieva attended Charles Ross School of Cosmetology. She began her career by working at a local salon. Trieva went to Hawaii continued working in the salon industry for a few years before returning to Los Angeles. In her second career, she sold cars for Key's Mazda and became the top sales person of the year in 1988. Afterwards, Trieva moved to Seattle, where she graduated college and the Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology for Aesthetics. In 1995, Trieva opened Trieva's Place, her own day spa. Today, she still owns and operates this spa. This business provides Trieva with the critical skills to work with others and provide the best service possible.

Trieva entered the real estate industry in 2005, and became a licensed real estate agent. Trieva has worked with Johnny to rehab seven homes, a multiplex and a commercial building in Hollywood, CA. She has excellent business knowledge and is very proficient at evaluating a building, house or business to ensure financial success. Trieva loves to work the numbers, putting together transactions that make sense. She quickly recognizes great transactions that can produce a win-win outcome for all concerned.

Trieva is known for her high energy and amazing compassion. While having a these personal attributes, she has proven herself to be a brilliant negotiator and keen business woman. Trieva has the proven ability for long term success. Trieva's experience in sales and service gives her the persuasive skills necessary to close profitable deals.
